Linda Nicholls

Linda is truly one of a kind.  Understanding but wise, tough but fair, and one of the hardest working people in the industry.

Coming from a varied career background she has a wealth of knowledge from years of customer liaison and dealing with clients.   Using her skills in diplomacy and political correctness for many years is why she is so suited to her position within Visionre.  Property Management is a specialised field to undertake and needs enormous attention to detail and the ability to be ‘one step ahead’ all the time - a skill that she has mastered.

Linda manages her clients investments as if they were her own.  Putting forward or choosing only the best tenants for the properties in her control.  She manages to provide this service because she ‘listens’ to what people need – this includes not only the ‘owner’ but also the ‘customers’ who lease the properties.

A poignant comment that Linda recently made was, “We like to find the perfect property for our customers who wish to rent a home.  In respecting the customer as well as the home owners and their properties - matching them up correctly - it comes as a natural progression to develop a loyal and respectful relationship with both, this is what makes a good Property Management Division, and I am proud to say that this is what we have.”
